MISSION STATEMENT
1 Affordable Counseling Solution is committed to educating the public on the importance of improving public health and promoting greater safety on the highways and streets of Georgia. The Risk Reduction Programs and DUI Intervention Program as part of the continuum of Substance Abuse Services, will help change attitudes and behaviors involving the use of alcohol and other drugs.
PURPOSE
As Defined by the Official Code of Georgia, 1 Affordable is committed to improving and promoting greater safety upon the highways and streets of Georgia to improve the attitudes and driving habits of drivers who accumulate traffic accidents and motor vehicle conviction records. We will continue to provide uniform DUI Alcohol or Drug programs, such as Risk Reduction Programs, and ASAM Level 1 rehabilitation. 1 Affordable is also committed to dealing with other attributes that could interfere with emotional instability and cause damage to individual health, public safety, and family problems as it relates to substance abuse, by offering professional counseling not only with substance abuse, but for emotional issues that might trigger the use and abuse of alcohol or other drugs. Such as the following:
- Inability to handle hostility/anger in an appropriate manner.
- Theft Intervention, to help deal with negative impulsive reactions.
- Character Development, to increase positive self-esteem.
- Family System Counseling as it relates to substance abuse issues in the family.
To further assist you logistically, if you are in need of a clinical evaluation, we will provide a Rapid 48 hour turnaround time on all Clinical evaluations. This includes forwarding a copy to your assigned probation officer or personal attorney. However, in order for this to be accomplish, we will need a release of information document sign, by you giving 1 Affordable permission to forward the clinical evaluation.
